1. Description of Service

EzID is a mobile application that allows users to create ID photos compliant with official standards for multiple countries. The App provides the following features:

• Photo capture and selection from your device
• AI-powered background removal
• Automatic face detection and photo cropping
• Compliance verification against official ID photo standards
• Generation of printable PDF sheets with ID photos

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may sign in using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers both free features and paid options, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• One-time purchases — Grant permanent access to specific features or a set number of photo generations
• Subscriptions — Provide ongoing access to premium features and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the respective app store through which you made your purchase:

• Google Play — Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy
• Apple App Store — Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to create fraudulent or forged identity documents
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its components
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any content generated by it

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all related content, is the property of B.Clean and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any photos you take or import using the App. We claim no rights over your photos or the ID photo outputs generated by the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to ensure that ID photos generated by the App meet official standards, we do not guarantee that photos will be accepted by any government authority, embassy, or official body. Acceptance of ID photos is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B.Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Rejection of ID photos by official authorities
• Loss of data or photos
• Any costs incurred due to retaking or reprinting photos
• Interruption or unavailability of the App

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) shall remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
